Hi, everyone. I’m Rachael. I’m a 2/5 emotional manifester, and I’m your host here at Practical Awakening. So, I just wanted to make a quick little trailer episode to give you a glimpse of what’s coming in the next few weeks, months, and hopefully years of this podcast that I’ve initiated, really born from my manifested creative urge. And I’m so excited to be here to share it with you. 

So my human design journey, and my kind of diving into and living in who I am as a spiritual being has completely changed my life. And that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it with you. Human Design has informed the way I talk to myself, the way I interact with others, my relationship with my family with my other half and with the world in general. And it’s just been such a beautiful journey. 

But what I have found is there’s a lot of information out there about Human Design and about spirituality in general. But some of it can be really confusing. There’s a lot of vocabulary, there’s a lot of, you know, like kind of nuance and things you need to understand. And what I really wanted to do with this podcast was bring you real life conversations with real life people with real life, 5th line, practical tips for how you can use human design and spirituality in your life. And really make the changes that you longed for that you know are out there. And I’ll give you guys some information to really support yourself on this journey into who you are truly becoming. 

So we’re going to talk all things Human Design: centres, types, authorities definition profile, and so so much more. We’re starting with the basics, but I promise we’ll get into streams and channels and gates, you know, as and when that feels right for me here and my guests as well that I’m super excited to invite in to share their conversations and share their lives with you guys. 

We’ll also be diving into conversations about spirituality, in a broader sense, so we’re gonna talk spiritual awakenings, astrology, using your spirituality in your business, different healing modalities, the intersection of religion, spirituality. So stick around for some real life straight from, you know, the horse’s mouth festival, fifth line, problem solving, wisdom for all of the above, and so, so much more.
